4flow is seeking an experienced logistics leader to manage and develop an international team of logistics specialists in Italy. You will oversee daily operations, optimize material flows, and ensure smooth communication with customers.

Competenze

• Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Strong ability to adapt to peak activity periods with structured problem solving.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and enterprise management systems.
• Interest in transport and logistics and comfortable with remote communication tools.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
