4flow is seeking a transportation management specialist in Italy to support our growing 4flow management line. You will coordinate inbound transportation, manage transport orders, and communicate with clients and partners to keep operations smooth.

Join a dynamic international team, use our transportation management system, and contribute to continuous optimization of logistics networks. The role welcomes both early-career professionals and experienced logisticians eager to grow with us.

Competenze

Experience in transportation management or logistics is preferred.
Strong communication skills in English and Italian.
Willingness to work in a dynamic international environment.

Mansioni

Coordinate inbound transportation and processing for client networks.
Perform customer service tasks: manage transport orders and communicate with clients/partners.
Provide solutions during delays and ensure information flows to customers and stakeholders.
Utilize the company’s transportation management system for daily operations.
Collaborate closely with the project management team and supervisor to optimize networks.
