4flow Italy is seeking an experienced logistics leader to drive daily operations and develop an international team. You will optimize the flow of goods, manage exceptions, and maintain strong customer communication while focusing on cost efficiency and performance metrics.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in road transport management, have team leadership experience, and are fluent in Italian and English. The role offers a permanent contract and a dynamic, international work environment.

• Master's degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment.
• Initial experience in team management and development.
• Results-oriented and customer-focused.
• Strong ability to adapt to peak activity periods, while favoring a structured problem-solving approach.
• Advanced knowledge of professional IT systems (Excel) as well as various enterprise management systems.
• Excellent communication in Italian and English.
