4flow in Italy seeks a logistics leadership professional to lead an international team and optimize daily operations for customers. You will monitor performance, costs, and ensure effective exception management while communicating updates to clients.

The role emphasizes strong Italian and English communication, advanced Excel skills, and experience with enterprise systems in a dynamic, international setting.

What your new challenge will look like

• Leading and developing an international team of logistics specialists to ensure successful execution of daily operations
• Optimizing the daily flow of goods and guaranteeing exception management to the satisfaction of our customers
• Communicating regularly with customers regarding the status of operations
• Monitoring logistics performance and costs
• Analyzing network metrics to determine and drive continuous improvement measures

• You hold a Master’s degree with strong expertise in road transport management in an industrial/automotive environment
• You have initial experience in team management and development
