Bosch Rexroth Oil Control S.p.A. in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, is seeking a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer (m/f/d) to optimize end-to-end material flows across our manufacturing network and support logistics initiatives.

You will contribute to cost, service, quality, and sustainability improvements while promoting best practices and operational excellence in an international environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in SCM, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of logistics experience, preferably international manufacturing.
• SAP proficiency and knowledge of ERP/MRP; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management; fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across plants.
• Lead packaging optimization initiatives and data management.
• Support transportation management and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Monitor logistics quality, inventory KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to logistics controlling activities and cost-saving projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in logistics tools and apps.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing across plants.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and international stakeholders.
