Bosch's Central Logistics Department seeks a proactive Supply Chain & Logistics Engineer to support the continuous improvement of logistics processes across our manufacturing network.

You will optimize end-to-end material flows, lead packaging initiatives, support transportation management, monitor KPIs, and contribute to cost reduction while aligning with the global Supply Chain strategy in an international environment.

Competenze

• Degree in SCM, logistics, engineering or related field.
• 1–2 years in logistics and supply chain operations in international manufacturing.
• Experience with SAP or ERP/MRP systems; MS Office; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, PM and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Coordinate and standardize material flow processes across plants.
• Lead packaging optimization and master data management initiatives.
• Support transportation management and carrier performance improvements.
• Monitor logistics quality, inventory KPIs, and identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to logistics controlling, cost-saving, and network optimization projects.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation in logistics tools.
• Facilitate workshops and knowledge-sharing across plants.
