Hager Group is looking for a Learning Experience Designer focused on leadership development to design impactful leadership programs for a global audience. You will translate business needs into engaging experiences, collaborating with Talent Management and HR partners across countries.

You will apply adult learning principles, work with LMS platforms, and stay current on learning design trends, contributing to measurable leadership effectiveness and business performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design or related field.
• 7-10+ years of experience in Learning Experience Design or related roles.
• Experience with leadership development programs across multiple levels.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning.

Mansioni

• Design end-to-end leadership programs (blended/digital/social/experiential) for a global audience.
• Translate leadership needs into engaging learning experiences with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Management and external partners to ensure adoption.
• Apply modern learning approaches and ensure measurable leadership capability outcomes.
• Work with LMS to ensure smooth integration and learner experience.
