INFUSE is seeking a strategic and growth-oriented Team Lead, Learning and Development to join our fast-paced INFUSE Academy. You will lead the Instructional Design team, coordinate project timelines, manage approvals, and support overall workflow for learning programs.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, drive clear communications, and contribute to process improvements in a dynamic, global team environment. English proficiency is essential for this role.

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years of mid-/senior-level ID or L&D experience.
• 1+ year leading or coordinating teams or projects in learning.
• Strong AI literacy and experience with GPTs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Impeccable English oral and writing skills.
• Highly organized with proactive mindset.
• Ability to adapt plans to shifting priorities.

Mansioni

• Plan and manage learning design projects with clear timelines.
• Convert plans into task lists and track progress.
• Be primary contact for other teams and stakeholders.
• Track approvals and reviews to keep workflows moving.
• Support people management and capacity planning.
• Develop a limited number of own e-learning projects.
• Support training launches and client communications.
• Suggest process improvements for INFUSE Academy.
