This senior role leads learning governance, compliance training, and the LMS ecosystem, partnering with HR and senior stakeholders to drive capability building and leadership development across markets.

Competenze

7+ years in Learning & Development, ideally with HRBP background.
Experience in global premium-brand organizations with international stakeholders.

Define and drive the L&D strategy aligned with business priorities.
Design and govern development journeys for talent, successors and leadership.
Establish governance of mandatory training, compliance tracking and audit readiness.
Lead deployment of Learning Management system and digital learning ecosystem.
Identify capability gaps and translate into learning solutions.
Design and deliver leadership, commercial and functional development programs.
Measure learning impact through KPIs and analytics.
Manage L&D budget and external learning partners.
Support markets with fit-for-purpose learning solutions and best practices.
Build partnerships with HR, Compliance and business stakeholders.
