SD Worx Milano Office is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to lead training delivery and change enablement across our Italian market. The role focuses on translating business changes into practical learning journeys and guiding managers through transformation.

You will design impactful learning experiences, collaborate on data-driven L&D projects, and act as the Talent SPOC to align initiatives with business needs.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Fluent Italian and English for training delivery.
• Proven experience in training, facilitation or talent development.
• Experience supporting organisational change or transformation programmes.

Mansioni
