Mollie is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to own the KYC onboarding path across multiple markets from discovery to shipped UX improvements. You will manage a network of identity verification and compliance vendors and drive structured experimentation to optimize onboarding costs and activation.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Commercial teams while shaping market entry for the US, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with KYC, KYB, identity verification, or regulated onboarding.
• Track record of owning conversion funnels and driving improvements.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships with commercial accountability.
• Comfort operating across multiple markets with varying regulatory requirements.
• PM II or Senior PM level with independent, cross-functional leadership.

Mansioni

• Improve KYC conversion across markets from discovery to shipped UX iterations.
• Deliver compliant, locally adapted KYC flows for US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
• Assess vendor coverage for new markets and close gaps through selections or contracts.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve onboarding journeys.
• Manage commercial outcomes across 10+ identity verification and compliance vendors.
• Contribute onboarding workstreams to GC integration and represent CIV team in cross-functional forums.
