Mollie in Milano is seeking an Implementation Manager to own the post-sales integration for Mollie’s largest deals. You’ll lead handover through testing to live, run kickoffs with stakeholders, and coordinate timelines.

This newly formed function offers influence over processes, requires a technical mindset including APIs, and works closely with sales, product, engineering, and merchants to keep launches on track. Reporting to the designated lead.

Competenze

Experience in ecommerce or payments in a similar role.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Ability to understand APIs and technical concepts.
Ownership mindset and proactive collaboration with pre-sales teams.
Willingness to work with sales, product and engineering teams.

Mansioni

Own the post sales integration phase for Mollie’s largest and most complex deals from handover through testing to go live.
Run kickoffs with internal and external stakeholders, set go live dates and keep progress on track.
Organise and track testing, raise issues and feedback as they surface.
Coordinate across sales, product and engineering colleagues, and merchants to stay aligned.
Maintain documentation and playbooks to make delivery predictable and scalable.
