NTT DATA Europe & Latam is looking for a Business Functional Analyst to help drive Know Your Customer initiatives in digital banking. You will connect regulatory policy changes to business requirements and lead solution development across global teams, aligning stakeholders across multiple regions and delivering clear communications to IT and business units.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in the described role or similar.
• Strong knowledge of the KYC/AML processes in Wealth Management.
• Experience in large projects or transformation in a financial enterprise.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Translate regulatory policy changes into business requirements and functional specs.
• Create and execute roadmaps for solution development and implementation.
• Present timelines, milestones, and status to senior management and Product Owner as needed.
• Refine requirements and align globally across CE, GER, APAC and US regions.
• Prepare senior management slides to package problems clearly for IT and business stakeholders.
• Coordinate with PM, software engineering, and vendors to link business and solution teams.
• Document requirements, processes, and controls in Confluence and Jira.
• Support backlog prioritization and pre-go-live change activities.
• Lead production issue ownership through resolution with required parties.
