Mollie is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager for Onboarding in Milan. You will own the KYC layer of the onboarding journey, shaping how merchants are activated across multiple markets, with direct impact on onboarding efficiency and Mollie revenue.

You will manage a network of identity verification vendors and drive a data-driven, compliant, scalable onboarding program from day one. You’ll operate across desktop, mobile, and app, with a growth path into broader sub-merchant onboarding.

Competenze

Hands-on experience with KYC/KYB, identity verification, or regulated onboarding.
Track record in owning conversion funnels and shipping iterative improvements.
Experience managing external vendors with contractual accountability and performance reviews.
Comfort operating across multiple markets with varying regulatory requirements.
PM II or Senior PM level, independent and cross-functional leadership.

Mansioni

Improve KYC conversions across markets with data-driven experiments.
Build locally adapted KYC flows for new markets including US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Assess vendor coverage for new markets and manage contract work to close gaps.
Lead a structured A/B testing program to optimize onboarding journeys.
Manage 10+ vendor relationships end-to-end, including negotiations and renewals.
Contribute onboarding workstream to GC integration and represent CIV in cross-functional forums.
