Mollie is seeking a Senior Product Delivery Manager to oversee KYC onboarding in Milan. In this role, you will manage the onboarding journey, ensuring merchants are activated efficiently while driving conversion improvements across various markets.

This is a unique opportunity to shape KYC processes for new English-speaking markets like the US and Australia. You will also be responsible for vendor management and creating a structured experimentation strategy to enhance our onboarding experience.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience with KYC, KYB, or regulated financial onboarding.
• Track record of owning conversion funnels and diagnosing drop-offs.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships with commercial accountability.
