Job summary

Qualifications

- Three years of IT-support experience.

- Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Provide user IT support and timely service to staff.
- Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot routine IT issues and escalate complex problems.
- Support endpoint security and IT compliance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of IT equipment and configurations.
- Log and track service requests and incidents per procedures.
- Assist in IT-related tasks, deployments and backups.
