UNICEF is seeking a Digital Impact Assistant (Florence) to deliver fast, friendly first-line IT support for staff and consultants. You will diagnose and resolve routine IT issues, guide users through new tools, and help keep ICT records accurate.

You’ll support technology migrations, maintain supporting documentation, and contribute ideas to improve user experience. Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is preferred.

Competenze

• Completion of secondary education is mandatory.
• Formal university-level training in CS/IS/Engineering is asset.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent customer-support certification is asset.
• Experience substitutes described may replace up to 5+ years.

• Deliver fast, friendly first-line IT support for staff and consultants.
• Ensure smooth ICT operations during UNICEF conferences and events.
• Maintain accurate records of ICT equipment and software.
• Maintain clear documentation for support processes and guidance.
• Monitor the Message Broadcast mailbox for timely communication.
• Take on additional ICT tasks to support mission operations.
