Qualifications

• Master’s student or recent graduate in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Strong interest in strategy, consulting, and business development in international environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to structure problems and interpret data.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively in multicultural and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the identification, planning, and execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives with high business impact.
• Contributing to projects aimed at driving revenue growth, including new products & services, partnerships, geographic expansion, and improvements of processes.
• Assisting in analysis and development of business insights to support new business models and channels.
• Collaborating with different teams and countries to support implementation of key initiatives.
• Providing operational support in change management activities related to strategic projects.
• Conducting market research and benchmarking to identify industry trends and potential impact.
• Preparing presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
