Bvlgari in Roma seeks a dedicated IP professional to safeguard the company’s global trademarks, designs, copyrights and patents. You will manage filings, renewals and portfolio integrity while coordinating with Marketing, Legal and Product teams to mitigate risks before launches.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in Intellectual Property within international settings and a good grasp of luxury-brand enforcement. Italian salary guidance is provided; growth opportunities exist within LVMH group.

Competenze

• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, in an international company and/or a law firm.
• Experience supporting trademark portfolio management, IP enforcement and anti-counterfeiting initiatives.
• Exposure to luxury industry is a strong advantage.

Mansioni

• Manage the Company’s global Intellectual Property portfolio (trademarks, designs, copyrights, patents and domain names), ensuring timely filings, renewals and maintenance.
• Conduct clearance analyses and risk assessments to support new product initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Innovation and Legal teams to mitigate IP risks before launches.
• Coordinate anti-counterfeiting and brand protection activities across physical and digital channels.
• Monitor infringements across marketplaces and social platforms with specialized providers.
• Support investigations, seizures and enforcement actions with external counsel and authorities.
• Manage relationships with external IP firms and agents, monitoring deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain IP databases, enforcement records and reporting for portfolio integrity.
