Rochester Executive Advisory client is a multinational chemical-pharmaceutical company seeking a Corporate Industrial Controller to strengthen its Controlling organization across Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain. You will lead a broad, international scope and drive a new Industrial Controlling model with a strong transformation component.

The role reports to the Group Industrial Controlling Director and offers a clear development path within a dynamic, growth-focused environment in

Competenze

Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
8–10 years in Industrial / Manufacturing Controlling.
Strong understanding of manufacturing value drivers.
Expertise in product costing, cost accounting, inventory and Capex controlling.
Experience in transformation environments or new controlling models is a plus.
Good knowledge of SAP and BI/performance management tools.
Fluency in English is essential.

Mansioni

Lead the new Industrial Controlling Model with focus on product costs, Capex and inventory.
Contribute to the S&OP process linking Supply Chain and Finance.
Advance SAP environment evolution, including Material Ledger and profitability analytics.
Manage Budget, Forecast and Planning for the perimeter and challenge figures.
Deliver robust analytics to improve P&L and cash flow performance.
Promote best practices and automation of processes and reporting.
