The Client ( undisclosed ) is seeking a Corporate Industrial Controller to strengthen its Controlling organization across Manufacturing, Procurement and Supply Chain in an international context.

Reporting to the Group Industrial Controlling Director, you will lead product costing, capex, inventory analyses, and drive a new controlling model with BI and SAP enhancements, partnering with executives to translate numbers into actionable insights.

Competenze

• Hard Skills Degree in Economics, Business Administration or Engineering.
• Approximately 8 - 10 years of professional experience in Industrial / Manufacturing Controlling.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes and their main value drivers.
• Execution leadership in product costing, cost accounting, and Capex controlling.
• Experience with Procurement and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Solid track record in Budget, Forecast, Planning and variance analysis.
• Ability to manage large data sets and build financial models.
• Fluency in English is a must.

Mansioni

• Lead the implementation of the new Industrial Controlling Model with focus on product costs, Capex and Inventory.
• Contribute to S&OP process, connecting Supply Chain and Finance.
• Develop and promote SAP-driven data models and profitability analysis across the value chain.
• Drive PMO initiatives related to cost deployment, plant efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Improve the controlling/reporting model for faster, clearer analytics.
• Manage Budget, Forecast and Planning activities for the perimeter; challenge figures when needed.
• Create financial evaluations and business cases for Capex and make vs buy.
• Support stakeholders with robust analytics to improve P&L and cash flow.
