Amplifon is seeking a motivated student or recent graduate to join its Global HR Talent Team in Milan as a six-month internship. You will contribute to Talent Development, Learning, and Performance Management projects from start to finish.

You will coordinate learning programs, assist with logistics, analyze training data, and help implement global performance processes while collaborating with colleagues across countries.

• Assist in creating and executing learning and development programs and manage Amplifon’s learning offerings.
• Coordinate logistics for training programs including scheduling and participant communications.
• Monitor learning campaigns and track training completion.
• Evaluate the impact of learning initiatives using relevant metrics.
• Support coordination of global Performance Management processes and improve learning systems.
• Collaborate with countries to help deploy local L&D strategies.

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global HR Talent Team, focusing on Talent Development, Learning, and Performance Management activities. You will have the opportunity to work on full scope projects, where you will play a key role from start to end. Numbers, technology, and analytics will be your other companions as you will work on fostering professional growth and development across the organization.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Assisting in the creation and execution of learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employee growth and skill development, while managing Amplifon's learning offerings.
• Coordinating logistics for training programs, which includes scheduling and communicating with participants.
• Monitoring learning campaigns and tracking training completion.
• Evaluating the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives using metrics tailored to targeted populations.
• Supporting the coordination of Performance Management processes at the global level and contributing to the continuous improvement of learning systems.
• Collaborating with countries to assist them in deploying their local learning and development strategies.

You are the right person if you:

• You are a recent graduate or currently pursuing a Master's degree.
• You thrive in an international environment where English is used daily.
• You excel as a communicator and can engage in discussions with individuals of varying seniority levels.
• You are proficient with common tools like PowerPoint and Excel and enjoy deriving insights from data.
• You find satisfaction in organizing and executing projects from inception to completion.
• You are open to learning and willing to push beyond your comfort zone to tackle new challenges.

• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
