Amplifon in Milan is offering a Global Market Insights Internship starting November for six months. You will join the Global Market Insights team, supporting research and analytics activities across countries in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities include designing and executing market research projects, analyzing results, preparing presentations, and communicating insights to stakeholders.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology or related field.
• Strong interest in market research, consumer behavior and data analysis.
• Proficiency in quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, esp. Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Curiosity, attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive in an international environment.

Global Market Insights Internship | Start date: November | 6 months | Milan

For our Global Headquarters in Milan, Amplifon is looking for a talented person to join our Global Market Insights team.

Our Global Market Insights team plays a key role in helping Amplifon better understand markets, customers and brand performance across countries, turning data and research into actionable insights that support strategic business decisions.

You will work in a fast-paced international environment, supporting research and analytics activities while collaborating with Global and local stakeholders worldwide.

You’ll be in charge of:

• Supporting the design and execution of qualitative and quantitative market research projects.
• Contributing to research set-up activities, including questionnaire reviews and coordination with Global and local stakeholders.
• Analyzing research results and support the identification of key customer, market and brand insights.
• Monitoring and analyzing key market, customer and Brand Funnel KPIs across countries.
• Supporting ongoing Brand & Communication research programs and insights initiatives across markets.
• Preparing presentations, reports and materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.

What you’ll bring

• Have a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, Psychology or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in market research, consumer behavior and data analysis.
• Possess strong analytical skills and confidence working with quantitative and qualitative data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Communicate fluently in English and Italian.
• Show curiosity, attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Demonstrate strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Bring a proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in an international environment.

• 6 months internshipin our Global Headquarters located in Via Giuseppe Ripamonti 133.
• 1000€ as monthly gross reimbursement.
• Full time experience, Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm (light flexibility can be agreed internally with the team you’ll be working with!).
