Haier Europe is offering a six-month paid internship for a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern in Bolzano. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and support RFQ processes to optimize value.

The ideal candidate is a student or recent graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar, with English and Italian skills and good Excel knowledge. The role includes smart working and a company PC.

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
