Haier Europe invites applications for a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern internship. The role involves aiding in procurement strategy definition, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting RFQ processes, contract drafting and PO management.

We seek a student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar, with good English and Italian and solid Excel skills. The internship is six months, with 800 euros per month, meal tickets and smart working.

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
