Haier Europe seeks a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern for a six-month paid internship in Tuscany, Italy. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, support stakeholder communication, participate in RFQ processes, and help manage contracts and purchase orders.

Ideal candidates are students or recent graduates in management/economics/marketing with English and Italian language skills and proficient Excel users. The internship includes meal tickets, smart working, and a company PC.

Competenze

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
