Haier Europe in Italy is seeking a Global Indirect Procurement BuyerIntern for a six-month paid internship. You will assist in defining procurement strategies, coordinate with internal stakeholders, participate in RFQ processes, help draft contracts with the legal team, and support cost reduction and supplier analysis.

Ideal candidates are students or neo graduates in management, economics, marketing or similar, with good English and Italian and solid Excel skills.

• Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
• Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

• Assisting in the definition of procurement and purchasing strategies aimed at optimizing value.
• Supporting communication and coordination with internal stakeholders to help identify and define operational business needs.
• Participating in the RFQ process, including supplier scouting, communication follow-up, offer evaluation, and support in defining project deliverables, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Collaborating with the legal department in the drafting of contracts and helping manage related purchase orders.
• Contributing to the identification of new suppliers to support strategic supply base optimization and purchase analysis.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of cost reduction initiatives through reviews of vendors, materials, and contracts.
• Gathering and monitoring market trends relevant to assigned categories.
• Supporting risk identification activities and contributing to mitigation planning.
