Haier Europe is offering a Global Indirect Procurement Buyer Intern position in Brugherio, Lombardy, Italy. This six-month paid internship provides exposure to defining procurement strategies, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and supporting RFQ activities.

You will work with the legal team on contracts, help identify new suppliers, and contribute to cost reduction through vendor reviews. English and Italian language skills and strong Excel are essential.

Competenze

Student or neo graduate in management, economics, marketing or similar fields.
Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.
Good knowledge of Excel.

Mansioni

Assist in defining procurement and purchasing strategies.
Support coordination with internal stakeholders to identify business needs.
Participate in RFQ process, supplier scouting, evaluation, and KPI definition.
Collaborate with the legal department in drafting contracts and manage purchase orders.
Identify new suppliers to support supplier base optimization.
Assist in cost reduction initiatives through vendor and contract reviews.
Gather and monitor market trends for assigned categories.
Support risk identification and mitigation planning.
