Alpitronic is excited to welcome graduates to its HR Trainee Program in Bolzano, offering rotations across HR functions to learn the full employee lifecycle. You will participate in recruitment, onboarding, workforce analytics and talent development within a fast-growing international company.

Ideal candidates bring a degree in HR/Business/psychology/economics/law, strong MS Office skills, and fluency in English, German and Italian.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, Law, or a related field.
• Recent graduates or candidates at the beginning of their professional career are welcome to apply.
• Previous internship or academic projects in HR are a plus.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of English, German and Italian.

Mansioni

• Rotate through different HR functions to gain a comprehensive understanding of modern HR management.
• Support recruitment, candidate communication, interview coordination, and employer branding.
• Gain insights into onboarding, lifecycle management, time and attendance, and HR administration.
• Contribute to learning & development, training coordination, and talent management initiatives.
• Assist with HR reporting, data analysis, and documentation activities.
• Collaborate with HR teams to understand business needs and best practices.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve HR processes and employee experience
