Valeo Group is seeking an HR Trainee/Apprentice in Santena, Italy to provide administrative support within the HR function.

You will assist arrivals and departures, transfer documents, and support HR projects such as welfare and payroll related tasks.

Bachelor or Master in Labor, Law or Economics, fluent English and basic Excel skills are required; this full-time trainee opportunity offers international exposure within a leading automotive supplier.

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Labor Consultancy, Law or Economics.
• Fluent English.
• Excel basic skills.

Mansioni

• Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files.
• Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required.
• Relays information to employees & managers related to HR topics (eg: all certificates...).
• Supports VES on Welfare & Shares monthly administration.
• Supports VES on Labour Costs activities HR Projects.
• Supports VES projects (ADP Revolution, Workday Digitalizations, Concur implementation).
