Valeo Group is seeking an HR Administration Trainee in Santena, Italy to support administrative HR tasks in an international environment.

You will assist with arrivals/departures, manage documents, transfer information to internal and external teams, and participate in welfare and labour-cost activities while contributing to digital HR projects with ADP Revolution, Workday, and Concur implementations.

Competenze

• Bachelor/Master Degree in Labor Consultancy, Law or Economics.
• Fluent English.
• Excel basic skills.

Mansioni

• Administrative support.
• Supports employees' arrivals and departures; explains tools and collects documents.
• Transfers information and documents to related structures when required.
• Relays information to employees and managers on HR topics (e.g., certificates).
• Supports VES on Welfare & Shares monthly administration.
• Supports VES on Labour Costs activities.

Mission:

Administrative support

Supports employees' arrivals & departures: presents & explains the tools, collects, manages and updates individual documents & files

Transfers information & documents to the related structure (internal, or external) when required

Relays when necessary the information to employees & managers related to all HR topics (ie: all certificates...)

Support VES on Welfare & Shares monthly administration

Support VES on Labour Costs activities

HR Projects

Support VES projects (ADP Revolution, Workday Digitalizations, Concur implementation)

Desired skills and experience:
