ATLIX Group, a growing international industrial group, seeks a Global HR Director to shape and lead the Group HR agenda across geographies, aligning people, culture and leadership with growth ambitions.

Reporting to the CEO, the role will build an integrated Group HR function, drive talent management, compensation, and governance across Italy, Germany and the US, and partner with boards and investors during a critical transition.

Competenze

• Experience leading HR in multinational manufacturing.
• Carve-out/M&A integration experience.
• Ability to partner with executive leadership.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Italian and English; German is a plus.

Mansioni

• Define and execute the Group HR strategy across geographies.
• Develop scalable HR frameworks, policies and governance.
• Lead talent management, succession planning, performance management.
• Design and oversee international compensation and benefits.
• Drive cultural integration and change in a post carve-out environment.
• Partner with CEO and executives on organizational development.
• Oversee HR analytics, HRIS, and executive reporting.
