CEME Group is seeking an HR Manager for the Precision Fluid Technologies Business Unit, based in Colico (CO). The role acts as a strategic partner to the BU leadership, aligning HR strategies with business goals and reporting to the BU CEO.

You will support organizational growth across Europe, North America, Mexico and Asia, drive talent management, engagement and governance, and help ensure compliance with labor regulations while fostering a high-performance, collaborative environment.

Competenze

• ,Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably as HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Experience in industrial and multinational environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent English language skills and strong HR policy knowledge.
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally across BU locations.
• Proficient with HR processes such as performance management, talent development, and compensation review cycles.
• Previous experience in plants located in USA is a plus.
