Job summary

Ingersoll Rand Compressor Systems & Services in Italy seeks a proactive HR Generalist to support multiple sites, including Opera and an acquired business. You will partner with managers and employees across the full HR lifecycle.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, employee relations, compliance, and data integrity while collaborating with HR Operations and Finance on workforce planning. Fluent English required; Italian context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of HR experience in an international organization.
• Experience supporting multiple HR disciplines across the lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, policies, and compliance.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., SuccessFactors) or similar systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
• Manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
• Fluent English (B2-C1) with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for assigned employee populations.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Guide managers on HR practices, compliance, and employee relations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity.
• Support payroll data collection and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, HR Operations, and Finance on workforce planning.
