GEA Germany GmbH is seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the global sales development of the Cheese Processing portfolio. You will lead the sales and sales support organization for new machinery and processing lines, including offer preparation and pre-contract sales engineering activities.
With responsibility for about €15-20 million annual volume, you will shape global pricing, manage distributors and agents, and collaborate with Marketing, Legal and Finance to optimize
Competenze
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Food Technology & Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in commercial leadership, incl. 5+ years in sales management.
- Strong knowledge of the dairy and cheese processing industry.
- Experience in international business environments.
- Fluent Italian and English; additional languages helpful.
Mansioni
- Lead front-end sales and sales support teams for Cheese Processing.
- Develop and implement the global sales plan.
- Manage Sales Front-End, Technical Offering, Sales Engineering, Sales Administration & CRM activities.
- Participate in customer negotiations and commercial offering activities.
- Negotiate contractual terms with Legal and Finance; collaborate with global sales network.
- Define pricing and discount policies; ensure project profitability.
- Build and implement business development and go-to-market strategies.
