The selected candidate for the Technical Service Support 2nd Level role: guarantees 2nd level technical assistance towards the local R&C Service organization initiating corrective actions through usage of CRM (C4C) ticket system and support by distributing upon

Competenze

• Experience as service mechanic or similar (FAT/SAT) preferred.

Mansioni

• Provide 2nd level technical assistance to local R&C Service organization.
• Perform installation & commissioning on simple and complex systems.
• Travel up to 50% of annual working hours, overseas up to 10 days as required.
• Provide support and training guidelines for operating standards and service procedures.
