GEA is seeking an experienced Commercial Leader to drive the global growth of the Cheese Processing portfolio. You will lead the sales and support organization for new machinery and processing lines, covering front-end sales, technical offering, and CRM activities, with responsibility for a €15-20 million annual volume.

You will negotiate terms with customers, manage cross-border teams, and work closely with Legal, Finance, and Marketing to shape pricing, contracts, and global go-to-market

Competenze

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Additional education in finance, contracts or value selling is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years in commercial leadership, with at least 5 years in sales management.
• Strong knowledge of dairy and cheese processing industries.
• Experience in international business environments.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to manage complex commercial situations and contracts.
• Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead front-end sales and sales support teams for Cheese Processing portfolio and define the global sales plan.
• Oversee Sales Front-End, Technical Offering, Sales Engineering, and CRM activities.
• Negotiate terms with customers in collaboration with Legal and Finance.
• Engage with customers directly or via GEA's global sales network as appropriate.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement global marketing plans for Cheese Processing.
• Manage distributors and agents, including engagement, support, and commissions.
