Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a relevant field.
• 4–8 years of professional experience in strategy consulting or related services.
• Fluency in Italian and English; strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support shareholders, management teams, lenders and investors in evaluating strategic, operational and financial performance across business planning, due diligence and value creation engagements.
• Structure complex analyses, develop business cases and translate insights into pragmatic recommendations.
• Contribute to the design, execution and monitoring of value creation, synergy realization and integration initiatives.
• Manage project activities and coordinate cross-functional workstreams for timely delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, track targets and support performance management initiatives.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
