• At least 2 years of experience in road transportation, with a focus on international FTL operations.
• Proven knowledge of the international carrier network.
• Solid understanding of transportation market dynamics and subcontracting processes.

• Oversee subcontracting activities within the international FTL network.
• Develop and maintain a reliable carrier network aligned with business needs and transport flows.
• Ensure profitability optimization across all assigned activities.

• Assist in onboarding and approval of new carriers by collecting and validating transportation documentation.
• Support the Carrier Representative Manager in defining strategies and driving new operational initiatives.
