DHL Global Forwarding Italy is seeking a Pricing Analyst to manage day-to-day air freight pricing, RFQ responses, and pricing governance across local tariffs and customer-specific rate maintenance.

You will work with Growth, SCM, and Operational Accounting to ensure margin discipline, data quality, and adoption of pricing tools; the role requires a bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in air freight pricing and RFQ processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day air freight pricing activity, prioritization and workload.
• Execute pricing standards and local tariff updates.
• Maintain customer-specific rate data and ensure accuracy.
• Lead RFQ launches and alignment calls for complex opportunities.
• Monitor quote turnaround and pricing data quality.
• Coordinate with Growth to balance win ambition with margin discipline.
• Collaborate with SCM/Gateways to ensure executable routing assumptions.
• Support adoption of pricing tools and standards.
• Identify gaps affecting pricing performance and route enablement.
• Develop team capability in pricing analysis and data discipline.
