Baker Hughes in Italy invites students and recent graduates to join its Internship Program, designed to provide hands-on work experience in Finance, Economics or Business through focused projects, training and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with mentors, receive coaching, and gain exposure to the Health, Safety and Environment culture as well as global leadership on diverse projects. A monthly gross allowance of 600–1000 EUR is offered, with potential flexible working options.

Competenze

• Fluent in oral and written English with effective communication skills.
• Legal to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.

Mansioni

• Completing internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify business improvements
• Learning internal software to assist with project completion
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and interns to interact with global leaders
• Applying HS&E standards and procedures to ensure compliance
• Analyzing orders, sales trends, and performance metrics to support decisions
• Supporting forecasting processes, data analysis, and variance tracking
• Preparing orders and sales reports and aiding monthly/quarterly close
• Assisting with audits by providing financial information
