Campari Group is seeking a seasoned Data & Analytics Manager – Finance and Support Functions Domains to lead governance and data products that drive financial performance. This business-driven role partners with function leadership, ensuring data quality, standardization, and value from analytics initiatives across global markets.

The position requires a deep understanding of finance data, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.

Competenze

• 8-10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Controlling, Finance Analytics or similar roles within a CPG/FMCG environment.
• Strong experience with finance and support functions data governance, KPI standardization, or performance management.
• Experience acting as a product owner or business owner for finance data or analytics products.
• Exposure to global and matrixed organizations with regional and local complexity.

Mansioni

• Lead data governance for core finance and support functions domains and drive KPIs.
• Act as Product Owner for Finance and Support Functions data and analytics products, defining roadmap and KPIs.
• Facilitate alignment between business function leadership and stakeholders; manage expectations and dependencies.
• Identify high-value analytics use cases and demonstrate value realization from analytics initiatives.
