Original Composites & Fiberglass, part of the Praana Group, seeks a Global Commercial Finance Leader to drive commercial finance excellence across regions. You will partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance to strengthen reporting, forecasting, and profitability visibility.

The role requires a strong track record in FP&A, leadership of finance teams, and experience enabling data-driven decisions in a global manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive Finance experience in a global manufacturing, industrial, or materials-based business.
• Experience leading reporting, forecasting, planning, or performance management processes.
• Strong analytical capability connecting financial data, drivers and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to partner across functions, influence stakeholders, and drive outcomes.
• Experience operating in a multi-region environment (Americas, Europe, Asia).

Mansioni

• Lead Commercial Finance support for the global Commercial organization, partnering with regional leaders to strengthen performance.
• Own recurring reporting, forecasting, and performance management across volume, revenue, margin and profitability.
• Build scalable finance processes, reporting routines, and operating rhythms to support transformation.
• Translate financial results and market dynamics into insights, recommendations, and actions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance stakeholders to align forecasts and decisions.
• Improve commercial decision-making through stronger visibility and margin analysis.
• Lead, develop, and coach the Commercial Finance team with clear expectations and accountability.
