Ball Corporation in Italy seeks a Senior Manager, Finance Data Lead to own the analytics product portfolio for the Finance domain. You will manage the lifecycle of analytics products, partner with data architecture and engineering, and drive adoption of enterprise Power BI dashboards and datasets.

Applicants should bring 6+ years in data analytics or BI product management, strong stakeholder management, and experience delivering BI at scale.

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field required.
Master’s degree in a quantitative, information management, or business discipline preferred. MBA considered if combined with hands‑on analytics product delivery experience.
6+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or analytics product management roles within large enterprise environments.
3+ years leading teams — direct or matrixed — with accountability for analytics product delivery and adoption outcomes.
Experience operating as a product owner for business intelligence or analytics portfolios: backlog management, prioritization, release governance, and lifecycle management.
Familiarity with Databricks (Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog) or equivalent cloud data platforms — ability to partner with Data Engineering on Silver→Gold layer readiness.
Hands‑on experience delivering Power BI semantic models, certified datasets, and enterprise dashboards at scale.
Experience defining and tracking product health metrics: adoption rates, utilization, business rhythm integration, and self‑service rates.
Strong stakeholder management across business and IT — able to drive backlog prioritization conversations with VP/Director‑level business leaders.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex multi‑domain enterprise environments — familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Commercial data.
Familiarity with agile delivery rituals and their application in data/analytics product contexts.
Background operating in a product‑based or federated data operating model within a CDO or Data Services organization.

Mansioni

Lead backlog ownership and prioritization for the domain analytics products.
Groom backlog with domain leaders and surface trade-offs and capacity constraints.
Establish and enforce agile delivery rituals within the Functional Design Team.
Resolve cross-functional backlog conflicts and escalate when needed.
Own data layer sequencing and ensure Silver→Gold readiness.
Enforce data readiness gates before Gold-layer product build begins.
Coordinate with data management on data quality issues affecting domain products.
Lead delivery and release validation for enterprise BI models and dashboards.
Track reconciliation failure rates and publish product health metrics.
Drive user adoption accountability and monitor health scorecards.
Partner with portfolio management for transparency and reviews.
