In the Technology & Services organization, the Data & Analytics Team is a strategic central hub to enable data centricity and data-driven decisions by transforming data into actionable and reliable insights to support business strategy and performance.
The Data & Analytics team works closely with business departments and the technical team to manage the data lifecycle, as well as to design and deliver analytical solutions aimed at enabling more effective business decisions, improving performance and creating a competitive advantage by transforming data into actionable insights. The team leads data governance and data literacy initiatives, ensuring consistent, regulated and high-quality use of data across the organisation, whilst enhancing analytical capabilities through the sharing of expertise and the promotion of self-service tools. The team also supports business stakeholders in defining the data strategy to identify the key use cases that deliver value to the company, in line with strategic objectives and business needs.
Within the Data & Analytics team, the Data & Analytics Manager – Finance and Support Functions Domains is responsible for ensuring that finance data and analytics effectively support financial performance management, decision-making, and value creation. This is a business-driven role that focuses on data governance, ownership of finance and support functions data products, and close partnership with function leadership, acting as the bridge between the Finance/Support Functions and Data Platform technical teams. It requires a solid understanding of the financial domains rather than in-depth technical expertise.
The indicative annual gross salary (base salary) for this position ranges within 69,000-92,000 + 15% STI depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall profile.
The role is classified in accordance with the Quadro collective labor agreement – level 3.
