ABB E-mobility in Italy seeks a Global Finance & Business Controller to partner with business leaders worldwide, delivering financial analysis and actionable insights for strategic decisions.

You will support monthly close, analyze P&L and cash flow, and help drive profitability and growth across global operations. The role requires strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Competenze

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Solid experience in financial controlling, FP&A, or financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis, and performance controlling.
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting requirements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and business analytics is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English; Italian language skills are a strong asset.

In This Role, You Will

We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional who combines strong technical expertise with a business-oriented mindset. You bring:

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Solid experience in financial controlling, business finance, FP&A, or financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, profitability analysis, and performance controlling
• Understanding of Revenue Recognition principles and related accounting requirements

Compensation Details

The employment framework is based on the National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Metalworking Industry, with an indicative level between B2/B3 and a minimum gross annual salary starting from € 37.000.
The specific level and compensation package will be defined based on the outcome of the selection process (including experience, skills set, and role fit), in accordance with objective, transparent, and gender-neutral criteria, in line with pay equity and equal opportunity principles.
The total compensation package also includes a variable bonus linked to individual and company targets.
