Bystronic Group in Pisa, Italy seeks a 2nd Level Service Technician to support 1st Level teams and ensure maximum uptime of Bystronic tube laser machines worldwide.

You will install, disassemble, commission, retrofit and test systems, diagnose complex issues, and mentor colleagues on PLC/CNC knowledge. You’ll complete service reports in CRM and uphold safety standards while delivering exceptional customer service to our global customers.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of technical service experience in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or software engineering.
• Hands-on commissioning and start-up of industrial machinery including installation, testing and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and documentation.

Mansioni

• Install, disassemble, revise, assemble and commission Bystronic tube laser machines and system integrations.
• Resolve complex issues; mentor other technicians.
• Perform CNC/PLC software updates and diagnostics.
• Retrofit and modify electric, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems at customer sites.
• Provide upgrades and optimization recommendations at customer sites.
• Complete service reports and CRM documentation.
• Train colleagues on PLC/CNC skills and safety instructions.
