Bystronic Group is seeking a Field Service Technician to provide hands-on support for 2nd Level Service, ensuring maximum uptime of Bystronic tube laser machines at customer premises worldwide. The role involves installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and retrofits, with extensive travel and a focus on safety and documentation.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of technical service experience, strong PLC/CNC knowledge, and the ability to train others while maintaining high customer

Competenze

• 3–5 years of technical service experience.
• Hands-on commissioning of industrial machinery (installation, testing, start-up).
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and accurate documentation.

Mansioni

• Install, dismantle, commission & hand over Bystronic tube laser machines and integrations.
• Resolve complex issues and mentor other technicians.
• Assemble electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic installations.
• Perform advanced repairs, measurements and CNC/PLC software updates.
• Retrofit machines at customer sites and adjust systems as needed.
