Job summary

UniCredit S.p.A in Milano is seeking a seasoned Payments & Cash Management professional to define and execute the product strategy for corporate clients. You will collaborate with Sales on business requirements, pricing and profitability, and coordinate clearing operations across the network.

The role requires a Finance/Economics degree, experience in Clearing Operations or Network Management, knowledge of international payment systems, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in Financial Institutions, Clearing Operations or Network Management.
• Knowledge of international payment systems and financial messaging standards.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills for complex matters.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and show dedication.
• Autonomous working style within a team.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and development for Payments & Cash Management.
• Collaborate with Sales for business requirements, pricing and profitability.
• Support clearing activities as the point of contact for network, Operations and Client Banks.
• Onboard, maintain and offboard clearing relationships.
• Identify and mitigate operational and settlement risks across the clearing network.
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory developments and market trends affecting clearing.
