Bolton Group in Napoli seeks a sustainability leader to drive the group’s environmental footprint reduction and integrate sustainability into strategies and operations. You will quantify footprints, shape climate and water resilience initiatives, and lead reporting and disclosure efforts.

This is a data-driven, impact-focused role requiring collaboration with business units and cross-functional teamwork to advance decarbonization and responsible sourcing.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering.
• 4-5 years of climate-related project experience in large multinational companies.
• Strong knowledge of environmental science and sustainability frameworks.
• Experience with LCA/PCF and GHG Protocol accounting.
• Familiarity with ISO 14001, ETS, SBTi.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Quantify and analyze environmental footprints across the group.
• Design and implement environmental strategies and policies with Business Units.
• Prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders and support disclosures (CDP, ESRS) and Science Based Targets.
• Coordinate environmental audits and risk assessments (GHG Protocol, TCFD, ISSB).
• Engage with corporate stakeholders on climate, water, and circularity initiatives.
• Explore and promote new technologies or practices to reduce emissions and enhance resilience.
